Avalon Italia is an e-commerce site specializing in designer furniture for both indoors and outdoors, with iconic products such as beanbags, floating cushions, and sofas. After an initial growth phase, the brand found itself in a state of stagnation. That’s why we developed a launch strategy tailored for the summer, with the goal of creating demand before consumers realized they needed the product.

The strategy was built around a structured performance framework combining advanced tracking, funnel definition, and continuous campaign optimization. Paid activities were activated and managed across Google and Meta, with a strong focus on segmentation, CPA stabilization, and scalable budget allocation while maintaining sustainable ACOS.

 

The approach was supported by a robust data measurement system, integrated dashboards for performance monitoring, and the development of UGC content to enhance creative effectiveness and conversion rates.

During the project, we implemented a structured set of operational activities aimed at improving tracking accuracy and optimizing paid media performance. Our team defined the conversion funnel, set up and managed campaigns across Google and Meta, and continuously monitored performance to reduce CPA and maintain sustainable ACOS.

 

Campaign segmentation, budget scaling, and conversion tracking were supported by advanced data analysis and interactive dashboards. In parallel, UGC content was developed in collaboration with a partner agency to strengthen creative impact and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
