Fettle
Fettle is an online therapy provider based in Ireland that offers support for emotional and mental well-being. Through their online platform, they offer psychological counseling and therapy services to people seeking support and help in dealing with emotional disorders, anxiety, depression and other psychological issues. The company is committed to providing a safe and confidential environment where users can connect with qualified therapists and professionals in the field of mental health. Using technology and online communications, Fettle makes access to therapy more accessible and convenient, enabling people to get professional support wherever they are.
Project Goals
Managing advertising campaigns for Fettle required a sensitive and thoughtful approach, respectful of the nature of the brand and the subject of online therapy.
In the execution of this project, we focused primarily on creating creativity that would harmonize with the emotional state of possible users interested in the service, approaching the target audience with calm and encouraging tones that would accompany the reader to discover this new opportunity without feeling the burden of their own emotional condition.
With this strategy, we tried to increase the number of people booking a session or a package of sessions while keeping the CAC below 30€.
Creativity & Strategy
The advertising campaign conducted for this client involved us in creating graphics with reassuring tones but that could emotionally engage the reader to entice them to explore the services offered by our client. Thus, the illustrations used for this project were created by taking advantage of color combinations with strong contrasts in order to metaphorically represent the emotional turmoil that characterizes the topic of online therapies; at the same time, however, the use of warmer tones to distinguish the focus of each illustration attempts to convey a message of welcome and hope related to the benefit of communicating with one’s counselor and solving one’s problems.
The images and illustrations also show subjects who tend to be cheerful or relaxed, surrounded by colorful graphic elements and organic shapes that help to ward off the unease related to one’s emotional state and instill a sense of calm and lightheartedness that is essential to connect with the target audience and entice them to interact with the proposed advertising product.
