CaffèLab is a Tuscan company born out of a desire to introduce the general public to the world of Specialty Coffees, coffees with a complex sensory profile from the tropical belt, and to give support to all those entrepreneurial realities committed to the cultivation and production of high-quality coffee from a sustainable, ethical and transparent perspective.
Project Goals
A brand distinguished by a desire to promote and share a passion for responsibly and sustainably grown coffee, transforming its consumption into a nuanced sensory experience, CaffèLab required a marketing operation aimed at increasing revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS) from Paid channels.
This objective, was pursued through the execution of continuous optimization actions for the tracking and improvement part of the ads campaigns.
Creativity & Strategy
On the graphics and design side, the advertising campaigns we managed for this client are distinguished by the creation of colorful and dynamic materials, where the energy of coffee is shown through high contrasts, bright hues and placement of decorative elements in line with the style of the Brand and aimed at drawing the user’s attention to the most relevant content of each message.
On the strategic level, we optimized advertising performance for CaffèLab by defining the Customer Journey, setting up Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, analyzing data, and creating an interactive dashboard on the Data Studio platform.
