Background & Goals
The client is a brand that operates in the real estate sector, in particular, for long and short term rents management, in Milan and Cagliari, since October 2022.
Since it’s a brand born thanks to the collaboration with WebGas, which has taken care of all the processes (from brand identity to advertising budget management), it didn’t have a previously developed strategy.
The main goal is to acquire qualified lead, house owners in particular, near Milan and Cagliari, in order to propose a management offer for their short and long term rents.
Strategy and Actions
Accomodo was born from the cooperation with WebGas.net, and so it didn’t have a previously developed strategy.
We have offered to Accomod a complete plan that could start from zero: from brand identity elements creation (logo, tone of voice, landing page, etc.) to the strategic creation and management of performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google channels.
Some key activity selected:
- Logo and ToV development;
- Landing Page development;
- Campaigns Creativities development;
- Technical setting of the integrations between CRM and other platforms;
- Technical setting of the tracking on advertising platforms;
- Social e Google; Social and Google advertising campaigns development;
- Data Analysis through customized dashboard.
The advertising strategy includes a Full Funnel multi platform approach; c with Prospecting and Remarketing Campaigns on Facebook and Instagram channels, Seach Campaigns on Google, targeting key words related to the offert and to the Accomodo brand.
In particular, on Facebook are used native modules of the platform, while on search, users will land on a landing page specifically optimized through an A/Btest.
