We are an ambitious Digital Marketing Agency looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist in our team of Digital Super-Heroes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be a 360 role involving operational involvement, paid media channels, account management, tracking, reporting and content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Specialist will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Create 360\u00b0 Marketing Strategies<\/li>
  • Own the Paid Media Strategy for our clients<\/li>
  • Analyze Data & Identify flaws and opportunities<\/li>
  • Manage the relationships with Clients and Stakeholders<\/li>
  • Setup tracking across all traffic sources and ensure deep data analysis<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Your Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We seek someone who has excellent experience covering both direct customer-facing interaction and technical performance implementation and optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • You have at least 3-5 years+ of experience in a similar role.<\/li>
    • Proven track record with Paid Media Channel (Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Native Platforms)<\/li>
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Your Strengths<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Excellent organisational and time management skills<\/li>
      • Ability to create clear presentations and Powerpoints<\/li>
      • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills<\/li>
      • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other Online Paid Media platforms<\/li>
      • Expertise in analyzing data and coming with data-driven insights\/decision making<\/li>
      • Fluency with Spreadsheets, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio<\/li>
      • Problem-solving and resourceful attitude<\/li>
      • Fluency in English (at least C1 Level)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Comfortable in a client-facing role<\/li>
        • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work<\/li>
        • Ownership: you treat our clients\u2019 businesses as if they were our own<\/li>

        • Ability to remain calm and composed whilst multi-taking and\/or under pressure<\/li>
        • Excellent communication manner and a genuine enjoyment in helping and supporting people<\/li>
        • Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks, projects and responsibilities<\/li>
        • A positive, can-do attitude, with the confidence to ask questions and question the status quo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
