StefiIlluminazione is a manufacturing company, based in Tuscany, that has been operating in the interior lighting industry for over 40 years.
It independently produces and sells its own products. For the past few years, the physical store has been supported by the online channel where it sells its products all over Italy.
The goal is to increase awareness of the Stefi brand, as well as to increase sales and turnover.
Strategy and Actions
In the first strategy session with the client, WebGas suggested an action plan aimed at achieving sales goals.
Specifically, the activities carried out were the following:
- Definition of Customer Journey and Conversion Funnel,
- Technical setup of data and event tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel)
- Technical setupof campaigns on Facebook Ads e Google Ads
- Catalog Management via Google Merchant Center and Facebook Sales Manager
- Launch and management of dynamic campaigns
- Report and Analysis of data via interactive Google Data Studio dashboards.

Considerations
On the Facebook channel for such a client, we strategically implemented dynamic campaigns both inprospecting and inretargetingphases.
While on the Google channel, best performers are definitely theShopping campaigns and the recent Performance Max.
